CPC – Big enough to deliver, small enough to care

Here at CPC Project Services, we are an award-winning, independent Project Management and Cost Consultancy with a proud 36-year track record of delivering excellence across infrastructure, property, and transformational change projects.

In 2024, we became an employee-owned business, a defining moment that truly sets us apart. This isn’t just a structural change; it’s a commitment to our people. It provides long-term stability, protects our independence in a market full of acquisitions, and ensures that everyone at CPC shares in the success they help create. The result is a culture built on ownership, pride, and genuine motivation.

Careers at CPC are built to last. We’re passionate about developing our people and promoting from within, with countless examples of progression across the business.

With a clear vision to become a £100m turnover business by 2033, this is an exciting time to join a consultancy that is growing fast—but growing the right way.

The Opportunity – Why Join Our HEST Team?

We’re expanding our HEST team (Health, Education, Science & Technology) across London and Oxford, and are looking for Project Managers from Assistant through to Senior to join us at a pivotal time.

This is a high-performing, close-knit team with a strong culture of collaboration, support, and long-term career development. Many team members have been with CPC for over a decade, something that speaks volumes about the environment and opportunities here.

What makes this opportunity stand out:

  • A healthy pipeline of secured work, creating immediate opportunities to step into key projects and make an impact
  • Clear progression routes in a growing team, from Assistant PM through to Senior PM and beyond

  • A genuinely supportive, non-hierarchical culture

A flavour of the projects we work on:

  • Science and research facilities, including advanced laboratories and innovation centres
  • Major higher and further education developments, including large-scale university and school schemes
  • Life sciences facilities, including large-scale laboratory developments linked to research and innovation
  • Healthcare projects, including new hospital developments and NHS estate refurbishments
  • Heritage and complex refurbishment projects across historic environments
  • Government-backed science and technology programmes across leading UK campuses

This breadth means you won’t be pigeonholed, you’ll develop experience across multiple sectors while building genuine depth in HEST delivery.
