Transport for London’s (TfL) Property Development Programme provides opportunities to build homes and communities around transport hubs. TfL-owned land parcels at Finchley Central and High Barnet had been identified as residential development opportunities. These were to be delivered in conjunction with a developer.

CPC were appointed to provide client-side project management services and to utilise its expertise in operational rail interface to ensure the successful delivery of the works programme, which included rail infrastructure moves and construction of a new Track and Signals facility to allow for a clear development site.

Our experience in stakeholder engagement within rail operator and owner environments and construction project management, enabled the necessary approvals to proceed efficiently and for works to progress in line with the development programme.
