Ministry of Defence
British Army Transformation Programme
The Ministry of Defence’s (MOD) Army Recruiting Programme is run as a long-term partnering project with Capita Transformation plc. As part of the British Army Transformation Programme, there was a requirement to upgrade the MOD’s IT systems across their recruiting network. Capita were contracted to design and implement the new system and a new Transformation Team was created to manage the delivery of the project.
CPC was commissioned to provide project management and management consultancy expertise to the Transformation Team, requiring extensive stakeholder engagement and data analysis, working with both civilian and military staff across various sites and at senior managerial level. We provided business analytics that focussed on the Organisational Design aspects, helping prepare the workforce for the change. We also project managed the Facilities & Infrastructure requirements necessary to deliver the change required. These services were instrumental in assessing the impact on the workforce, planning and communicating the changes necessary, and co-ordinating the roll-out of the change programme.
