Swan House
Swan House is a six-storey Grade II listed building, facing the River Thames at Chelsea Embankment, London.
Originally designed by Norman Shaw in 1874 as a private residence, the 15,000 sq.ft. building, needed to be converted from its current use as office accommodation back into a single-family residence.
CPC was appointed to provide full project management services for the restoration and refurbishment works and was responsible for construction management and compliance with the Listed Building requirements.

The project required restoration to external heritage facades as well as new-build extensions and re-modelling of existing additions to bring all elements into a unified scheme with contemporary internal areas and staff accommodation.
