CPC has been appointed to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the client’s National Student Accommodation Portfolio.

We are delivering in excess of 30 different projects across the UK.

This includes the commissioning of condition and measured surveys of buildings, with the findings being provided to designers and fire engineers to develop a strategy to identify the necessary works for individual buildings.

Working in partnership with our client, we have developed procurement strategies, and in doing so have grouped projects together in ‘batches’, on a regional basis, so to drive potential economies of scale.

‘Batch 1’ which is focusses on the South Coast is currently in the second stage tender phase, with opening works recently being completed, and site works expected to commence in 2023.

‘Batch 2’ focussed in the Wales and the South West of England is currently seeking to have a preferred contractor appointed. Whilst ‘Batch 3’, in the Midlands region, went to tender  at the end of 2022.

In addition we are developing strategies for future batches centred in the North West of England.
