Resilience Change Programme
CPC were commissioned by the largest Brick and Tile manufacturer in Europe, to develop a Programme Management Office (PMO) in respect of their Resilience Programme. which was mobilisation of a strategy to minimise the impact of the Construction Management lifecycle.
CPC were responsible for setting up a PMO, with all of the associated Project and Programme controls; plus for training the Wienerberger UK Board; the individual Project Sponsors (Regional Director level) and the ten individual project managers.
The ten projects were broken down into four project categories, including:
1. Being More Efficient (Purchase to Play, Alternative materials and process innovation, Embedding innovation and New Product development).
2. Taking advantage of untapped opportunities (Special shaped bricks and Wienerberger Services (BIM).
3. Better Customer Service (Internal sales process alignment; Electronic Customer Interfaces and Quality Management and Improvement)
4. Being market leaders (E4 House).
