Rockspring Property Investment Managers acquired Euro Retail Park in Ipswich in 2015 and have embarked on a modernisation programme to update and improve the site.


CPC have been appointed to project manage the property façade replacement works to nine existing units to incorporate double height glazing, new signage structures and a new pedestrian walkway canopy. The park is also being rebranded throughout and features a new Costa Drive Thru on previously landscaped land within the park.
