This project involved the construction and commissioning of feeder stations and track section cabinets. Phase 1 covered 24 sites from London Kings Cross to Darlington. Phase 2 covered 27 stations from Doncaster to Portabello (Edinburgh).

We managed sites at various GRIP stages between 4 and 8. The main challenges were the DNO interfaces, programme integration and managing the delivery organisation (the Rail Electrification Alliance).
