The project comprises a new mixed use scheme with over 750 private rented units and 30,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. This site is a complex development due to its location in North London between both the M1 and A1 Motorway which required additional design features in relation to noise, air quality, transport and general accessibility.
In addition to the PRS units there is provision for 524 car parking spaces, 13 disabled car parking spaces, 692 single stack bicycle spaces and 1384 double stack spaces which will be delivered in a phased programme. Our team have been appointed to provide project management services to deliver the development to the planning stage.

We have managed the development of the design scheme to support the planning application submission. Following the Council’s approval of the planning application, CPC will project manage the construction phase to deliver the scheme on time, on budget and to the required standard.
