New Headquarters Building
The Chartered Institute of Building appointed CPC to project manage and deliver the fit out of their new office on Kingsway, Holborn. The scope was to create a modern flexible office with boardrooms and meeting rooms to allow the creation of one large space.
CPC led and managed this key project whilst ensuring the delivery of an impressive and agile comtemporary workplace environment for this industry leading client.

CPC was able to offer its considerable experience in managing fit-out projects, enabling completion of the design phase and through to build and handover. The main build and fit-out contractor was managed by CPC throughout all phases of the project.
