Office fit-out

The acquisition of Chubb by the global insurer, ACE Group, initiated a comprehensive rebranding of the business globally and also a major review of their real estate strategy. Chubb’s aspiration was to consolidate and update their facilities to create a dynamic working environment for their employees.

CPC were appointed to advise Chubb on their 1200 people office consolidation project across their London Estate.  Our team worked closely with the client’s Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team to ensure that all departments were fully engaged with the planning of the move strategy and that all stakeholders were aligned in terms of communication and execution.

Due to existing lease agreements, a flexible design solution that facilitated easy relocation within an occupied, ‘business-as-usual’, environment was essential.
