This mixed-use development, close to Chelsea Harbour comprised 89 luxury apartments over six, ten and twelve storeys and 995sq m of retail, restaurant and café areas.
The site is in close proximity to an over ground railway line, gasholder site and Grade 1 and Grade 2 listed properties.
The scheme also included a new public plaza, public realm and improved connections to the Thames Path.

Our project management team developed a detailed project brief in collaboration with the developer as well as governance, monitoring and project procedures for the overall programme.
We also managed the pre-contract programme, providing procurement advice, including the selection and appointment of sub-contractors and managing all of the employer’s requirements.
A robust communications plan and protocols were established and we managed risk, cost controls and the design team.
