CPC Project Services LLP is recruiting for a full time Technical support Administrator / Specialist to be based out of our head office in St Paul’s, London. CPC Project Services LLP is a niche size Project and programme management consultancy with multiple offices across the UK. The business has an established IT system put in place by an end to end ICT support provider.
We are looking to employ an internal Technical support specialist to oversee the day to day running of our IT, telephony and photocopier systems. You will be the first point of contact with the ICT support provider in the case of technical issues that arise as well as our own internal employees. It is important that you are experienced in the setting up of hardware equipment that include laptops, desktops, mobile phone as well as the desktop telephone system.
In order to fulfil this role, it is also critical that you have knowledge and experience of SharePoint as well as office 365. Knowledge of skype as well as skype for business systems and setup would be very beneficial. Knowledge of Firewall installation and configuration would be very beneficial.
The role would ideally have you responsible for the renewal of photocopier and mobile phone contracts – being willing and able to advise the equity partners within the business on technical solutions as well as new providers, be it on cost and or quality of service.
You will be based full time in London. On the odd occasion when a technical issues arises in one of our other offices, some travel might be required.
