Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS

Location: Leeds (Hybrid working)

Employment type: Permanent

This is a great opportunity to join our expanding Property & Construction team in the North, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the Cost Management of projects across a range of sectors including; residential, retail, education, commercial and Rail properties (station / depots buildings).

Relevant skills and experience:

• Relevant Quantity Surveying Qualification i.e. BSc or MSc
• Experience working in a QS capacity (Or looking to make the step up to QS),
• Experience managing your own projects
• Consultancy or Client-Side experience would be beneficial,
• Experience of delivering high value projects across a range of sectors, would be desirable
• Strong stakeholder and client facing capabilities
• MRICS membership or working towards Chartership, would be desirable
