Commercial Manager (Rail infrastructure) – Birmingham

CPC Project Services LLP is currently recruiting for an experienced cost/commercial manager to be involved with major rail infrastructure projects in and around Birmingham.

Location – Birmingham – hybrid working policy

We’re ideally looking for commercial managers with experience of working on rail infrastructure signalling projects, but will consider wider rail infrastructure project and programme experience.

Relevant skills and qualifications:

• Quantity surveying / commercial management related qualifications is beneficial,
• Experience of working as a consultant or within a consultancy,
• Experience of supporting cost management activities including monthly reporting, maintaining control of cash flow as well forecast of supported project,
• Experience as a commercial manager on Network Rail, TfL/Transport for London/LU/London underground projects is highly desired,
• Experience as a commercial manager within a rail/rail infrastructure environment is highly desired.
• Procurement experience is beneficial
• Strong stakeholder management experience
