Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Project Surveyors (QS)
Office: Manchester or Liverpool office (Hybrid working)
This is a great opportunity to join our thriving Property & Construction (North) division, with the opportunity to get involved in Residential projects across the area. You will be joining an established Cost Management team undertaking QS/Employers Agent services for various clients across the North West. We have structured training & support to enable you to gain your Chartership with the RICS.
Relevant skills and experience:
- Experience working as an Assistant / Graduate / QS for either a Consultancy / Developer / Contractor (essential)
- Experience within the Residential sector, ideally have experience working on social housing projects (desirable)
- Experience acting as an Employers Agent (desirable)
- Experienced dealing with Pre & Post contract duties
- BSc in Quantity Surveying, or another related Construction Degree
- Working towards Chartership (desirable)
