Heritage and Arts
Project management of sensitive and complex schemes
We are passionate about the arts and have a genuine interest in the heritage of our built environment. We have delivered projects in this sector for many years and developed a reputation for applying a sensitive approach to the restoration, extension or development of heritage, arts and cultural buildings.
Our clients choose us because we apply a collaborative approach to help develop a robust brief, and manage the overall programme. We can help you to submit applications to organisations such as the Arts Council and the Heritage Lottery Fund to bring your schemes to fruition.
We add value to your schemes with our experience in applying the appropriate governance principles, client resource forecasting, identifying and managing risk, and engagement of stakeholders to ultimately deliver and hand over complex build projects.

We provided programme and project management, quantity surveying and CDM co-ordination to deliver a refurbishment programme for the Southbank Centre’s Hayward Gallery, one of London’s most important spaces for displaying contemporary art. We have worked continually with the Southbank Centre since 2009.
We are managing a programme of works to transform the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Theatre facilities in Stratford-upon-Avon. The projects included conservation work, the reconfiguration of existing Theatres and creation of new spaces.
On a brown field site in Finchley, North London, we project managed the delivery of a 16,000 sqft new-build development on behalf of the United Synagogues. The scheme included several prayer venues, a children’s nursery, office accommodation and a library.
