Google - the client occupies a number of properties at Argent’s landmark development in King’s Cross, London, and CPC’s team was appointed to project manage the design development and phased roll-out programme to uprate and divert HV electrical supplies. We developed a close and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders to maintain business as usual conditions for all the commercial, retail tenants and residents, throughout the project delivery phase.
Chubb – our project management team worked closely with the client to provide advice on their major office consolidation project, affecting 1000 people across their London Estate, to ensure that all departments were fully engaged with the planning of the move and that all stakeholders were aligned to the change programme.
Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) - We provided the client with our expertise through the design and delivery phase to fit out their new modern flexible office space in Holborn, London.
Major Investment Bank – a redevelopment of 320,000sq ft of office accommodation, including refurbishment, modernisation, remodelling and building services upgrades in a phased programme of fit-out works. CPC was appointed as the lead consultant, providing project management, contract administration, change management, design team coordination and dealing with all leasing issues.
