This five-storey former Victorian school was to be developed and refurbished into 20 luxury residential apartments, a two bedroom town house, and new build garages, with associated external works.
CPC was appointed to provide project management, CDM Co-ordination and Employer’s Agent services and were involved from the development of the initial plans to practical completion of the final phase.
Our early and detailed involvement with the project plan resulted in minimal disruption and efficient approval from the client of the stage 1 design agreement.
Our team engaged with the contractor and lead consultant to provide CDM services throughout the duration of the project life cycle. We provided expert advice, guidance and co-ordination of the design, procurement, health and safety, and risk matters to ensure minimum impact and the effective flow of information and relevant documentation.
We ensured consistent and structured reporting on project progress and effective and timely communication of our client’s requirements to the project team.
