The construction of a mixed-use scheme in London, comprising 338 sq m of commercial space and 164 residential apartments arranged in wings around a central courtyard - heights range from four to seven storeys, plus galleries, a lower ground floor, parking and gardens.
Our consultants have been appointed to provide project management and Employer’s Agent services for this major mixed-used development within Islington, on a site adjoining the Kings Cross redevelopment area.
The site spans Victorian tunnels that serve active train lines into Kings Cross, and consequently has required complex engineering solutions and negotiations with Network Rail.
We negotiated the development agreement with an RSL partner, led and managed the project team selection and appointment, provided expert advice on the project strategy and the managed all of the project and regulatory processes.
The project went on site in early 2011 and completed in early 2014.
