Starneth BV is managing the design, erection methodology, control systems manufacture, testing and commissioning of an observation wheel in Dubai, UAE.
CPC has been appointed to set up a governance structure capable of controlling the design and delivery of this wheel, and other projects around the world, to ensure a consistent approach to project controls and reporting.
The Programme Management Office (PMO) has been designed by our consultants to be able to operate on a global level with local project teams being trained in the appropriate processes and procedures to maintain a consistent quality and efficiency throughout the roll-out programme.
Our team has developed these practices to be used in the execution of all projects including a governance structure and templates for project execution, planning, scheduling, change management, risk management, progress reporting, information management and communication.
CPC worked with Starneth’s Commercial team during the complex contractual arrangements between client, principal contractor, sub contractors and consultants to establish a concise Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and to ensure that processes and procedures were aligned with that set up by the PMO.
CPC is engaging with organisational and political stakeholders to meet the requirements, aspirations and expectations of all parties.
