Comprising of 320,000sq ft of office accommodation, this redevelopment required refurbishment, modernisation, remodelling and the upgrade of building services in a phased programme of fit-out works.
The project involved early completion of two floors, capable of supporting six hundred staff and a communication hub. State of the art meeting rooms and a client dining suite with high quality finishes were all part of the final phase. Works were undertaken within the occupied areas whilst ensuring business activities remained unaffected, including the safety and comfort of our client’s staff and ensuring customers were not compromised.
CPC was commissioned as the lead consultant to project manage the process from inception to completion. We also acted as contract administrator and provided change management guidance, design team coordination and dealt with leasing issues.
