Tom joined CPC in 2020 as Partner and Head of Residential to lead its cost consultancy service for property and construction projects in London and the South East.
Tom has led and delivered some of London’s most notable and high profile residential and mixed use commercial projects with blue chip investors, developers and housing providers.
Tom was previously a Partner at Arcadis, managing a large team of surveyors across multiple complex mixed- use projects. Tom’s extensive residential delivery experience covers all tenures from super prime to mid-market to PRS and affordable housing. Prior to Arcadis, Tom worked at Turner & Townsend and Skanska, delivering projects within the mixed use commercial and residential markets.
Tom prides himself on his pro-active, positive approach to problem solving and maximising value for Clients.
