CPC creates dedicated Rail Systems Management team
26 February 2015
In response to industry demand to improve operational performance, whether increasing capacity to improving reliability and safety, CPC has established a dedicated rail systems service offer.
CPC Systems will provide rail operators with experienced rail systems engineers and project managers who can interrogate existing rail systems, integrate systems or deliver completely new rail systems to achieve the desired performance goals. Our team can work alongside rail operators or suppliers to customise performance in live operational environments.
“Rail systems consist of the technology behind controlling rail signalling, power, track, rolling-stock and train communications. It’s not a black art, however the supplier market is constantly evolving, so it does require a thirst for digital-based technology, which my team thoroughly embraces” explains CPC Systems Director Phil Dubery.
Our strong team, lead by rail systems experts Phil Dubery and Joe Little, has begun advising TfL’s sub surface programme on improving network performance.
“CPC has worked with all the main industry suppliers, Ansaldo, Alstom, Bombardier, Siemens and Thales. We understand the technology and know how to apply it” said CPC Systems Director Joe Little.
