CPC retained as London Underground’s Joint Delivery Partner
20 January 2015
CPC has been retained by London Underground (LU) Crossrail and Stations Programme to provide project and programme management services under its Joint Delivery Partner (JDP) agreement for up to 4 further years. CPC’s experts will support LU’s capital programme, delivering £2bn worth of station improvements by 2017.
CPC is the lead partner of the JDP consortium comprising CPC; CH2MHill; EC Harris and initiate, further strengthened by Mace for construction management services. Our consortium provides best-in-class resources to fulfil the evolving capability gaps across the five business units within the Crossrail and Stations Programme.
Following a successful trial period through to May 2014, LU completed a fully audited assessment of the consortium to ensure that it offers a value for money proposition over and above that available from the traditional framework procurement process.
Matthew Botelle, CPC Partner and JDP Lead Director said "We have responded to over 150 enquiries and rapidly deployed over 130 staff, ranging from project sponsors to transformational change specialists. Some are for stand alone short assignments through to fully integrated specialist teams and management initiatives. We will continue to work in partnership with LU to deliver better outcomes, cost efficiencies and improved performance".
