The shortlist for 2025’s Building Awards have been announced. CPC is a finalist for one of the most coveted categories – Construction Consultant/Surveyor of the Year (over 100 staff).
The Building Awards recognises and celebrates excellence across the construction and built-environment sector—recognising developers, architects, consultancies, contractors, suppliers and teams that deliver outstanding projects, services and outcomes.
Having previously won Construction Consultancy of the Year in 2023 and again in 2024, CPC is once more in the running for top honours, underscoring CPC’s sustained excellence and signalling the high regard in which the firm is held by the industry.
