Steve has been with CPC since 1993, during which time he has progressed through the business from a junior consultant to his current role as managing partner and head of the Transport and Infrastructure division. He is driving the business to become one of the UK's largest independent project management consultancies.
Steve has over 20 years experience of scoping and delivering projects in the property, transport, health and education sectors relating to strategic reviews, business change and the delivery of major property and infrastructure schemes. He has also successfully completed three acquisitions that have strengthened CPC's market position and increased its capability to provide broader services to the market place.
He has been seconded into high profile roles within client organisations, including in 2008 the Chief Programmes Officer for Metronet Rail with a place on the Executive Board and accountability for an £8.1Bn capital investment programme. He is currently leading a portfolio of projects on behalf of the University of Oxford valued at £350m, comprising state-of-the-art cancer treatment facilities to a new Big Data institute.
