Sean Sydenham

Non-executive Board Member

Sean joined CPC in January 2012, and brings over 20 years of strategic business experience to CPC’s board.

He is a respected professional and entrepreneur with extensive board and legal experience. Sean has held a number of non-executive board positions, directing and implementing business critical change projects, and realising corporate vision, goals and shareholder value.

After studying a double degree in Law and Finance Sean worked with global advisory firms KPMG and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Having practiced as a corporate M&A lawyer he has advised a number of international companies and organisations including Multiplex, PepsiCo, Cable & Wireless, and the World Bank. He was also engaged by a leading global sports brand to negotiate key commercial contacts with the Governments of Gauteng and Rio de Janeiro in the lead up to the FIFA World Cups in both South Africa and Brazil.

He is a successful entrepreneur and is currently engaged on several projects in mining, media and technology and holds various appointments in property and construction. Sean was granted the Freedom of the City of London in 2008 in recognition of his services.

Sean is a critical member of CPC’s Board, shaping and influencing the company’s strategic growth, processes and disciplines during its far-reaching restructuring programme; to drive forward CPC’s vision to become one the UK’s largest and most respected independent project management consultancy firms.
